Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of the organization, ensuring that all financial practices align with the company’s goals and comply with regulatory requirements. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial concepts, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Manage payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s objectives and enhance profitability.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, providing insights into business performance and opportunities for improvement.
Conduct business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization’s financial landscape.
Collaborate with supply chain management to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
Lead the financial planning process, including long-term forecasts and capital allocation strategies.
Provide technical accounting guidance to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Experience

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial management role within a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial operations effectively.
Experience in business analysis and strategic financial planning is essential.
Familiarity with supply chain management principles is preferred.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing finance teams.
