TITLE: "Director, Business Development/Sales & Operations"

This is a new headcount (B2B Sales & Ops) due to regional growth in the US (and globally). My client is a market leader in the supply of in-flight concepts (i.e. cosmetics, amenity kits, tailor-made items etc).

This role must be based in either Atlanta, Dallas-Forth Worth, or in New York. It's a remote role in one of these locations.

Budget:

Up to USD $200k base + bonuses

To keep things simple:

Industry: you must have some experience from the airlines/aviation industry (luxury consumer brands may also be considered)
Coverage: mostly North America but you'll also support global regions (EU, ME, APAC)
Spend 50% in BD/Sales (i.e. find new ways to monetize existing B2B relationships + gain new B2B customers/support BD & Sales for the region)
Spend 50% in Operations (i.e. support/expand operational capabilities & supply chain activities for North America)
Lots of collaboration with the HQ office in Asia
Individual contributor role
Dual-reporting relationship to C-levels
Travel 50% of the time (i.e. mostly within North America + 3 exhibitions/year + travel to Asia)
