Description:

The Sales Operations Analyst will collaborate on, drive, and continuously optimize the inside sales strategy, while supporting the entire sales team in expanding engage2Learn (e2L) products and services to support the Company’s rapid growth. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and implementing effective processes and systems to enhance our business development strategies within the public school primary and secondary school space to ensure that we achieve our revenue targets. They will provide clear insight into market dynamics, competitive landscape, and long-term industry trends to consult and advise sales in determining the segments and personas that are the best fit for our products and services. This position will report to the Executive Director of New Business Development.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with several teams with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, data-driven, and strategic operating decisions.
Provide insights and analysis of sales activity and market trends to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team
Prepare and update weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales metrics, analytics, and forecasts
Provide input to the continuous improvement of sales operations processes such as identifying process gaps and developing recommendations to implement
Align with Marketing/Product Marketing to analyze levers for driving revenue growth
Prepare, review, and distribute recurring reports and data interpretations to the sales team
Track, analyze and report sales as a % of monthly/quarterly/yearly targets
Track all quotes/opportunities and execute predictive modeling for enhanced decision-making and forecasting analysis
Project manage the development of more powerful/useful/informative CRM dashboards for sales reps
Work on special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
Education Management, EdTech, or K-12 education space is highly desirable.
Broad experience in market/competitive analysis,sales and marketing automation, and revenue operations.
Highly skilled at analytical decision-making and ability to interpret sales data and generate insightful reports to diagnose business issues and resolve problems.
Experience in predictive modeling and sales forecasting
Extreme attention to detail and consistently seeking to understand the cause and effect of a situation thoroughly.
Have the ability to present ideas clearly using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication skills and active listening skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools
Comfortable learning new technology and able to adapt well to new applications.
Strong personal code of ethics, integrity, diversity, and trust.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and support sales operations across different regions.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree required.
HubSpot certifications in Inbound Sales, HubSpot Sales Software, and Revenue Operations preferred

Employment Details

Full-time employees receive 6 weeks of PTO per year.
401K and other benefits offered.
This is a full-time and exempt position.
This is a remote position.
Standard work hours are Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with additional hours as necessary.
Salary is between $75K - $85K with 5% commission based on salary.
Background check and drug screening will be required.
