Expert Cleaning Services is seeking a highly organized and operations-focused Business Operations Coordinator to oversee scheduling, employee management, and customer service. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining high service quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Logistics – Oversee all daily cleaning schedules, ensuring teams are deployed efficiently and on time.
Employee Oversight – Monitor employee performance, address operational issues, and ensure smooth workflow.
Customer Experience & Retention – Handle client interactions, resolve complaints, and ensure a high standard of service.
Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance operations.
Performance Metrics & Reporting – Track and report key business performance indicators, including customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Communication – Act as the bridge between leadership and field teams, ensuring clarity and accountability.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience in operations management, scheduling, or team leadership (preferably in cleaning, logistics, or service industries).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills—able to act independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping employees and schedules on track.
Proficiency in Jobber and QuickBooks is preferred, but a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for managing teams and customer relations.

Teams are leaving on time every morning and evening.
Less reliance on Kelly for day-to-day operational decisions.
Customer complaints decrease, and retention improves.
Employees follow established procedures without constant oversight.

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary: $50k-75k per year + Bonus
Performance-Based Bonuses Tied To:
Reducing scheduling conflicts and improving efficiency
Increasing customer satisfaction ratings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
