The Sales operations executive will drive the integration and deployment of a suite of sales enablement tools. As the resident expert, this role will work closely with Sales Leadership and Revenue operations to optimize the efforts of the revenue team’s performance. This includes but is not limited to helping to reduce ramp time, increase consistency of overachieving sales quotas, and expand their reach across the vast addressable market.

Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree advantageous
Administration experience is essential
Adept attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive “can do” attitude, with strong initiative and diligence
Ability to collaborate and work with a team, but also self-motivating and autonomous with minimal supervision required
Strong work ethic and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize various responsibilities and deadlines
Flexibility to effectively deal with unexpected assignments and changes to workload based on management priorities or client requests
Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with all confidential issues accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with various levels of management
Strong analytical skills, with ability to collect, analyze, interpret and communicate data
Experience with Salesforce preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; strong Excel knowledge a plus
