Live Free Recovery Services is seeking an experienced and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and scale our financial operations as we continue to expand our footprint in the behavioral health and addiction treatment space.

As a trusted and rapidly growing provider of comprehensive care—from detox and residential treatment to outpatient and sober living—Live Free is committed to delivering hope and healing through evidence-based, compassionate care.

We’re looking for a financial strategist who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the nuances of healthcare and payer mix, and can help us remain financially strong while staying deeply mission-aligned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning across multiple service lines and locations.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and profitability—especially across Medicaid, commercial insurance, and private pay.
- Oversee revenue cycle management, payer negotiations, cost control measures, and vendor relationships.
- Partner with executive leadership on expansion plans, facility development, and program launches (e.g., primary mental health, commercial insurance services).
- Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and payer-specific financial regulations.
- Develop and lead financial reporting systems that promote transparency, scalability, and operational excellence.

-Lead departmental budget planning.

Ideal Candidate:
- 7+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in healthcare, behavioral health, or private equity-backed environments.
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and complex funding streams (Medicaid, commercial, grants).
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
