Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team within the IT Services Sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, finance, and operations teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of sales operations in the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular and ad hoc sales reports, providing actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
Forecasting and Planning:
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and projections.
Assist in creating sales quotas, targets, and incentive programs to drive performance.
Process Optimization:
Evaluate and streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance the end-to-end sales cycle.
CRM Management:
Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information.
Provide training and support to the sales team on CRM usage and best practices.
Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor individual and team sales performance, analyzing results against KPIs and targets.
Develop dashboards and metrics to visualize performance data and track progress.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Collaborate on projects to drive revenue growth, process improvements, and customer satisfaction.
Data Integrity and Governance:
Implement and enforce data quality standards to maintain accurate and reliable sales data.
Identify and rectify data inconsistencies and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales operations, preferably within the IT services sector.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and reporting tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on process optimization.
Understanding of IT services industry trends and dynamics.
