● Financial Strategy:

○ Develop and implement comprehensive Bank’s financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.

○ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards.

○ Manage capital structure, liquidity, and investment strategies to optimize financial performance and stability.

○ Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

○ Oversee budgeting, financial planning, forecasting processes, and performance analysis, providing actionable insights to senior management and the board.

● Financial Operations:

○ Manage the company's accounting and finance functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

○ Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws.

○ Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

○ Manage cash flow and optimize working capital.

● Risk Management:

○ Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.

○ Implement robust internal controls and risk management procedures.

○ Develop insurance strategies to protect the company's assets.

● Investor Relations:

○ Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.

○ Prepare investor presentations and reports.

○ Raise capital through debt and equity financing.

● Team Leadership:

○ Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals.

○ Recruit, hire, and develop talented finance team members.

○ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

● Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance required.

● Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles within the banking or financial services industry.

● In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance frameworks, and financial instruments.

● Proven experience with financial risk management, capital markets, and regulatory reporting.

● Strong leadership, analytical, interpersonal and communication and presentation skills.

● Strong financial acumen, including a deep understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and valuation techniques.
