Job Summary: The CFO will oversee the company's financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. They will collaborate with the executive team to develop strategies that enhance financial performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Exploring Sources of finance and its execution
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in compliance with relevant standards
Oversee regulatory reporting and liaise with external auditors
Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with policies.
Risk Management:
Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor cash flow and manage liquidity to meet operational needs.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors
Collaborate with department heads to align financial management with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
Experience:
5-6 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Experience in Manufacturing and Import and Export Industry is an added advantage
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial management software
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
