We are looking for a few sales-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Assistants to support our team in streamlining processes and enhancing sales efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a background in customer-facing roles, with the ability to communicate on behalf of clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organisation.

STP London is working closely with a few companies in the non-profit and telecom sector- we are using a relationship-building approach between clients and customers to facilitate the generation of revenue for them. Our future Sales Operations Assistants will be in charge of a team whose mission will be to expose our clients' mission to the public.

Duties of the Sales Operations role:

Assist in the coordination of daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyse operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Support the sales team by participating in the customer acquisition activities.
Collaborate with other sales teams to facilitate smooth operational processes.
Participate in client meetings to discuss operational strategies and improvements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
