Your Job

As the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager, you will work cross-functionally to support Sponsorcloud's daily revenue operations. You will collaborate closely with individuals from multiple teams that span Sales, Success, Support, and Marketing. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager to join our team. This role will focus on supporting billing and revenue operations and executing general operational tasks to enhance our company's efficiency and effectiveness. Your Responsibilities

Billing Operations

Manage and maintain accurate billing processes, including subscription generation, payment tracking, and revenue reporting.
Monitor and maintain reports on subscription metrics, such as churn, renewals, and revenue performance.
Oversee and optimize billing workflows to enhance efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing billing-related inquiries and concerns.
Execute outreach to delinquent customers to recover past-due and unpaid invoices.
Enforce terms and conditions when processing customer requests to cancel services.

Deal Desk Management

Manage and maintain all Deal Desk systems and processes, including reviewing and approving deals submitted by the sales team.
Optimize and manage agreement and MSA creation and execution in coordination with the Sales team, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Growth Team Support

Partner with the Marketing and Sales teams to support lead management, HubSpot maintenance, pipeline reporting, and SOP adherence.

Reporting & Data Management

Ensure all revenue reports are accurate and accessible to managers and employees through dashboards and reports.
Collaborate with managers and employees to identify key properties and establish processes for accurate data reporting and measurables.

Who You are

2+ years in an operations role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of billing and subscription management in SaaS businesses, specifically using Stripe’s native dashboard.
Proficiency in HubSpot and Stripe.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
