Summary

As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will be instrumental in driving the organization's revenue growth and strategic direction. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will leverage your core skills in management and senior leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Your expertise in negotiation and business development will be crucial in fostering key partnerships and enhancing sales performance, particularly in software sales. Additionally, your strong communication skills and project management capabilities will ensure seamless operations and process improvements, positioning the company for sustained success in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

- Understand customers’ needs and requirements deeply, proposing the most suitable, cutting-edge software solutions that NebulaGraph Database can offer.

- Proactively identify, engage, and cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers in the tech industries, transforming prospects into loyal clients.

- Leverage our successful customer experiences with NebulaGraph Database to meet ambitious sales targets.

- Collaborate closely with our technical team to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.

- Assist in building the North American sales team.

Qualifications:

- 5~8 years of successful experience in software sales, experience in related fields like database, distributed system, recommedation system is a plus.

- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, experience with tech company accounts is a plus.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a knack for building rapport and trust.

- Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
