About You:

Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or operations coordination role within a B2B (business-to-business) environment — wholesale, retail, or FMCG experience highly regarded.
Previous experience in
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a hands-on approach.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem solving.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel a must) and ERP/CRM systems.
