Director of Sales – Toys (with Toy Industry Experience)

Location: On-Site (Los Angeles, USA)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD per year + commission (because rockstars deserve rewards!)

We’re looking for a focused and driven Director of Sales with proven experience in the toy industry to take our brand to new heights. You’ll lead sales operations across North America, build unbeatable client relationships, and make Abacus the first name in fun, tech, and innovation.

Set the Sales Stage: Develop and execute sales strategies that not only meet but exceed revenue goals.
Grow Relationships: Forge strong partnerships with key clients, retailers, and industry players.
Inspire Excellence: Lead, mentor, and grow an exceptional sales team.
Shine Bright at Trade Shows: Represent Abacus with confidence, creativity, and charisma.
Collaborate Like a Pro: Work with our dynamite Sales & Marketing teams to innovate across product categories.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Be the pulse of the market, spotting opportunities before the competition does.

What You Bring

Industry Cred: Proven success in sales leadership, specifically in toys or related industries. (This is non-negotiable. You know the players, the market, and how to close the deal.)
