Your impact
As a Revenue Operations Manager at Tacto, you are the central point of contact for insights and recommendations from our go-to-market. You are responsible for analysing data from our revenue processes and for the further development of our go-to-market approach. You will identify trends and drivers, understand dynamics and make a significant contribution to enabling our ambitious growth through continuous process optimisation. As the central interface between our Prospecting, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, you will ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
Your tasks
- Analysing, reporting and interpreting sales and customer data: You use CRM and analysis tools (especially HubSpot) to identify trends, opportunities and areas of improvement.
- Designing and implementing workflows: You will develop and implement new marketing and sales workflows and dashboards in our CRM system and create data structures and automations for advanced analytics and reporting options.
- Monitoring and development of KPIs: You monitor and further develop KPIs to collect data & facts for our go-to-market and set the right strategic impulses.
- Management and optimisation of the CRM system: You support the maintenance and improvement of our CRM system (HubSpot) and ensure up-to-date customer data, lead tracking and pipeline management.
- Developing strategies for the further development of our go-to-market: You understand the dynamics of our entire go-to-market organisation and provide impetus for the further development of our tools, processes, goals and strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You are the link between our Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams and are responsible for implementing a uniform go-to-market strategy and increasing synergies between the areas. You will eliminate silos and ensure that we guarantee a consistent and optimised customer journey across all touchpoints.
Your profile
- You already have several years of experience (2+ years) in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic, fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
- You are experienced in using HubSpot or other CRM and analytics tools.
- You are detail orientated, well structured and have an adaptable, pragmatic, proactive mindset for a dynamic environment.
- You have strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
- You have strong communication skills and have good written and personal communication skills in English - German is a plus, but not necessary.
- You are motivated to build something with us and don't hesitate to be hands-on.
