Revenue Operations Lead (m/f/d)
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to optimise our revenue processes and drive scalable growth. This role is pivotal in aligning Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, enhance performance metrics, and ensure seamless operations throughout the revenue lifecycle. You will oversee the health of our CRM and spearhead the creation of a new Business Development team, dedicated to lead qualification and segmentation, to support our ambitious growth goals.
You will:
- Develop and implement scalable processes that support revenue growth across Sales and Marketing
- Partner with Sales & Marketing Leadership to align on measurement of lead quality, campaign efficiency and sales activity
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the revenue cycle to improve conversion from top-to-mid funnel and accelerate growth
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPI's such as pipeline health, conversion rates and costs
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, drive improvements and optimise strategies
- Oversee CRM Management, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across tools
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness and maximise lead-to-revenue generation
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing to ensure a unified approach
- Partner with Finance to create accurate, data-driven revenue plans and budgets
- Lead and mentor a small team of revenue operations professionals, fostering their growth
- Establish and manage a new Business Development team dedicated to lead qualification and enrichment
The next Moonfarian:
- 8-10 years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth fintech or financial services environment
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and a deep understanding of data integrity best practices
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute revenue strategies that drive growth and efficiency
- Excellent project management skills, with experience collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality results
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a team
