About the Role: We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales operations efforts and streamline processes to maximize efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with a strong understanding of sales operations management, technology integration, and process optimization. Expertise in HubSpot will be a key component of this role but is just one element of a broader responsibility to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of sales operations to enable an effective and high-performing sales team.
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting.
- Analyze and report on sales performance, trends, and key metrics to recommend actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Lead the adoption, configuration, and utilization of sales tools and CRM platforms, such as HubSpot, to enhance productivity and automation.
- Identify bottlenecks in sales workflows and design scalable solutions to improve efficiency and revenue generation. • Ensure data accuracy and create a culture of data-driven decision-making across the sales team.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on operational tools, processes, and best practices
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, particularly HubSpot. Additional experience with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data to stakeholders.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
