About the Role: Inixia is a leader in providing advisory and training services for Global Business Services (GBS) and CIO teams. We are seeking an experienced and Chief Revenue Officer to engage with senior executives, including Learning and Development Officers, GBS Presidents and CIOs, at Fortune 1000 companies. This remote role focuses on driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships and selling tailored solutions for GBS and IT employee development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business strategy targeting Fortune 1000 companies to promote Inixia’s advisory and training services.
- Fully own and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets and pipeline goals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, including Learning and Development leaders, CIOs and Shared Services leaders, to identify their specific needs and challenges.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities within large enterprises and create customized proposals addressing client objectives.
- Develop 1:1 relationship with prospective clients, leveraging personal rolodex, GBS insights and industry-specific use cases to build trust and credibility. The role will involve some travel within the US, and occasionally abroad.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring adherence to legal and corporate guidelines in contract negotiations.
- Provide continuous feedback on market trends to refine product offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Prepare detailed metrics for internal stakeholders on sales progress, revenue targets, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Over 15 years’ experience selling to Chief Learning and Development officers, CIOs, GBS leaders, or other senior executives in large enterprises.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in complex B2B environments, preferably within consulting or training industries.
- Strong understanding of GBS operations, shared services models, and corporate training solutions.
- International business and multi-cultural sales experience.

- Expertise in tailoring sales strategies to align with shifting priorities of enterprise decision-makers.
- Ability to leverage industry-specific success stories to demonstrate value propositions effectively.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term client partnerships.
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 annually
- Commissions: Up to $80,000 based on performance metrics such as revenue growth, Annual Recurring Revenue and client acquisition.
