Exciting Opportunity: Revenue Operations Manager (EMEA) - Munich
Are you a seasoned Revenue Operations professional with a passion for driving efficiency and growth? We are partnering with a fast-growing tech company to find a Revenue Operations Manager to join their EMEA team.
Based in Munich, this critical role will see you working closely with the DACH leadership team and the EMEA Revenue Operations team in London to help drive strategy, optimise operations, and make a significant impact on business performance.
In this role, you will be at the heart of revenue operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, identify business opportunities, and support day-to-day operational needs. What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate with Leadership Teams: Work closely with EMEA Rev Ops and Regional Sales leadership to identify trends and business opportunities within the existing account base by analysing performance metrics, KPIs, product usage, segmentation, and more.
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Use your data expertise to collaborate with Sales Leadership and drive actionable, data-influenced decisions.
- Identify Growth Opportunities: Recognise pain points across the pre-sales and post-sales funnels and lead initiatives to drive growth and operational improvements.
- Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as the operational and data resource across departments such as sales, customer success, partnerships, and more.
- Lead Sales-Specific Initiatives: Manage dashboards, support day-to-day operations for the Enterprise and Mid-Market segments, and represent regional needs in broader sales and ops strategy teams.
- Analyse and Recommend: Dive into large datasets, providing real-time insights and recommendations on business health and customer behaviour.
- Ensure Data Hygiene: Maintain Salesforce data hygiene, manage opportunity cycles, and drive operational cadence for sales operations.
What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or related roles, preferably within B2B SaaS.
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Expertise with Salesforce, data manipulation, Google Sheets/Excel, and BI tools such as Looker or Tableau (SQL is an advantage).
- Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for management.
- A curious, proactive, and ambitious individual who thrives on solving complex problems and supporting team success.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills - this role requires working closely with a variety of teams across the business.
