About the Role
As the Head of Revenue Operations you play a key role in scaling our lead generation and optimising all revenue-related processes. You will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and continuously updating our sales processes to ensure effective customer outreach. Additionally, you will drive our data-driven revenue strategies and work closely with the marketing team to acquire new customers and make existing processes more efficient. More specifically, you will own:
Lead Generation and Funnel Optimisation:
- Develop data-driven strategies to improve efficiency throughout the sales funnel – from lead generation to qualification and conversion.
- Focus on scalable solutions for lead management.
Automation and CRM Optimisation:
- Implement and manage automations within HubSpot to ensure seamless and personalised customer communication while scaling processes.
Data Analysis & Revenue Tracking:
- Prioritise data-driven decision-making to continuously optimise the sales funnel and sustainably increase revenue.
- Manage and optimise all end-to-end revenue processes as a core responsibility of this role.
KPI Definition and Performance Tracking:
- Define and monitor KPIs aimed at revenue growth and sales goals.
- Create regular reports and analyses to measure success and optimise our revenue strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing and our team of experts in construction, tech, and ESG to identify new growth opportunities and boost revenue across all departments.
Strategy Development for Revenue Growth:
- Design and lead initiatives to increase revenue in existing and new markets, fostering upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Team Building and Leadership:
- In the long term, build your own team in the area of Revenue Operations and lead talents who support you in optimising and implementing our revenue strategies.
About You:
- A strong track record of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or a similar role in B2B environments, ideally in the SaaS, technology, or real estate sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in optimising sales funnels and revenue processes to make data-backed decisions.
- Solid expertise in HubSpot, particularly in automating and optimising sales processes
- Advanced analytical capabilities to continuously drive revenue growth and create data-based reports for process optimisation.
- Ability to develop processes and strategies that sustainably increase revenue and profitability.
- As part of the expansion of our Revenue Operations team, you will work closely with future roles in Business Intelligence & Data Lead as well as our Head of Operations to promote data-driven decisions and drive growth at Purpose Green.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and present complex data and insights in an understandable way.
- Fluency in both German and English is required.
