Our client, BullFrog AI, a cutting-edge AI drug discovery company, is seeking a visionary Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to chart the path forward in revolutionizing the way drug treatments are developed. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead strategies to accelerate our growth trajectory, expand market presence, and foster meaningful partnerships with key stakeholders across the pharmaceutical sector. As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gap between our breakthrough AI solutions and the critical needs of the market, ensuring a successful product launch and sustained revenue growth. Initially, the role is approximately 10 hours/week, but can increase based on business needs.

The Role:
- Responsible for accelerating the company’s growth trajectory, expanding its market presence, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Lead sales, sales enablement, future sales training, implementation, and partnerships for BullFrog's workforce and technology-enabled solutions.
- Oversee the entire revenue stream of a new product launch, ensuring an integrated approach across marketing, sales, and customer retention.
- Design and implement scalable revenue processes, ensuring BullFrog can manage increased demand without compromising efficiency or customer satisfaction.
- Motivated to hunt and close deals.
About You (Requirements):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of 10 years of expertise to build systems supporting long-term growth, providing a foundation for sustained success.
- Proven track record scaling revenue and driving business growth, particularly in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries, with a strong focus on launching innovative products or solutions.
- Experience growing revenue from $0 to $25mm.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
