Job Summary
Plan, organize, and coordinate sales operations and teams to achieve sustained growth, enabling the attainment of sales goals and efficient, profitable expense budget compliance for the accounts under their supervision. Ensure the adherence to all processes, policies, and procedures across the USA at a national level, in accordance with the company's established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Lead the sales management teams for the East, Central, and West zones.
Ø Monitor the performance of the commercial system through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ø Manage resources rationally in accordance with the assigned budget.
Ø Implement the plans and objectives of the commercial area as presented.
Ø Define and assign objectives to the team.
Ø Evaluate, coordinate, and motivate team performance based on established objectives.
Ø Manage results according to budgets and objectives.
Ø Execute actions to increase the client base.
Ø Develop and ensure a customer service culture based on defined processes.
Ø Gather market and competitor information for analysis.
Ø Analyze and design strategies for entering new channels, markets, or territories.
Ø Adjust sales forecasts based on distributor requirements.
Ø Execute special sales campaigns for products requiring a specific push.
Ø Represent the company at various corporate events or commercial activities of interest.
Ø Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams on activities and promotions to meet proposed objectives.
ØFollow up on growth plans for clients assigned to the sales territory.
Qualifications
- Previous work experience in Sales as a Commercialization, Sales, or Marketing Manager.
- Experience in the commercialization of food products and/or mass consumer goods (preferably).
- Experience managing sales teams at a national level in the United States, preferably working for companies in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience leading MULTICULTURAL teams.
- Work experience between 5 and 8 years.
