Job Summary
The Sales Operations Analyst will assist with various tasks working with and collating data for Marketing, Sales and Account Management teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the leaders of Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Finance to monitor and report on all aspects of the sales funnel.
- Review sales contracts for accuracy prior to Finance processing.
- Ensure data quality of leads coming in, ensuring all required data is captured.
- Meet at least bi-weekly with the Marketing team to compile data on lead generation, numbers of qualified leads etc. Aggregate data and analyze month over month trends for multiple data points.
- Meet at least bi-weekly with Account Management team to review trends on pipeline, close rates, upcoming renewals, upsell and cross sell rates.
- Meet at least bi-weekly with direct Sales team to review trends on pipeline, close rates,
- Calculate commissions for sales teams based on established plans as well as monitor quota attainment by team and individual.
- Review marketing and sales data with CEO, CFO and VP of Finance monthly.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Ability to travel nationwide, up to 10% annually.
Requirements
Job Skills & Qualifications
- B.A. / B.S. in Finance.
- Three to five years of accounting experience required.?
- Experience with NetSuite, NSPB and HubSpot a plus.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.?
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.?
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams and / or similar software.?
