Job Overview
We are in search of an innovative and strategic Senior Vice President of Revenue Operations who will take the helm in steering revenue growth and operational excellence within our organization. Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement a revenue operations framework that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization and promotes enduring growth.
- Collaborate extensively with sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to optimize processes and enrich the customer journey.
- Utilize data analytics to evaluate performance metrics, discern significant trends, and deliver insights that inform strategic choices.
- Spearhead best practices in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage to refine the revenue operations workflow.
- Supervise revenue planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities to ensure they align with financial objectives.
- Assess and enhance revenue technology platforms to guarantee their integration with business operations.
- Define key performance indicators and monitor outcomes for revenue-related activities, identifying opportunities for enhancement.
- Mentor and lead a high-achieving team focused on fostering growth and enhancing operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on talent development.
Required Skills
- Over 10 years of experience in revenue or sales operations or related roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity, especially within a B2B SaaS context.
- Comprehensive understanding of SaaS business frameworks, critical metrics (such as ARR, GRR, churn), and strategies for revenue expansion.
- Proven success in optimizing operational workflows and propelling revenue growth in agile, rapidly evolving settings.
- Proficient in analytics, with expertise in tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, emphasizing the cultivation of talent.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or an associated discipline.

- Target cash compensation range: \(230,000-\)275,000 USD annually.
