Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue Operations to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the overarching goals of the organization.
- Promote collaboration among sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to streamline workflows and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct analysis of performance metrics to identify trends and deliver actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Optimize processes related to forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM utilization to enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee critical functions such as revenue and territory planning, as well as budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring cohesion with corporate financial objectives.
- Assess, implement, and optimize revenue technology systems, ensuring they are integrated with core business operations.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for revenue-focused functions, regularly assessing progress and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team dedicated to achieving growth and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS context.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS business models and key performance indicators such as ARR, GRR, and churn rates.
- Proven track record of enhancing operational efficiency and driving revenue growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, proficient with tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a passion for talent development and team-building.

Compensation And Benefits
- Cash compensation: \(230,000 to \)275,000 annually, based on experience.
- Eligibility for participation in the equity plan, including stock options for full-time employees.
- Variable commission and annual bonus targets applicable to eligible roles.
- Potential for (pre-approved) overtime pay for non-exempt positions.
