Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President (SVP) of Revenue Operations to play a pivotal role in propelling revenue growth and operational excellence within our organization. In this influential leadership position, you will partner closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to refine and optimize the entire revenue cycle. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives.
- Foster seamless collaboration among the sales, marketing, customer success, and sales enablement teams to streamline processes and improve the overall customer experience.
- Analyze key performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and enact best practices for forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM usage to enhance overall efficiency.
- Oversee revenue and territory planning, along with forecasting and budgeting procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Evaluate, implement, and refine revenue technology systems to ensure they integrate seamlessly with existing business processes.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for all revenue-related functions, tracking progress and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team dedicated to driving growth and operational excellence.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in revenue operations or sales operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- In-depth understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics such as ARR, GRR, and churn, alongside proven revenue growth strategies.
- Demonstrated track record of driving operational efficiency and revenue growth in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, with proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Strong leadership qualities and a commitment to building and developing high-performing teams.

Compensation And Benefits
- Cash compensation: \(230,000 to \)275,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Full-time employees can participate in the equity plan, which includes stock options.
- Eligible roles may receive variable commission and annual bonus targets.
- Non-exempt positions could be eligible for (pre-approved) overtime pay.
- Flexible work arrangements: Hybrid and fully remote options are available based on location and role requirements.
