Revenue Operations Manager
Location- Munich (Hybrid)

As an experienced Revenue Operations Manager, you will optimise their Go-to-Market strategies, data-driven decision-making, and CRM efficiency.

The Role:
- Optimise their GTM Efficiency – Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations to improve conversion rates and increase revenue.
- Develop data strategies and use key metrics to identify trends and provide important insights for the leadership team.
- Manage HubSpot and optimise its use to improve pipeline management.
- Build Performance Dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs to support business decision-making.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing and Sales to streamline processes and adjust objectives.
- Drive and implement best practices to drive efficiencyin revenue operations.
What success look like? 6 months- streamlined HubSpot workflows and built key revenue dashboard. 12 months- Improved forecasting accuracy and optimised sales processes. Long-term impact- Scaled revenue operations, improving efficiency across all GTM functions.
What’s Required?
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role
- Ideally you will have experience in a fast-paced B2B environment
- Strong HubSpot experience with strong CRM management, automation, etc
- An analytical mindset and experience with Excel / Google Sheets and data visualisation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and German
