Job Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist with a strong analytical mindset to optimize marketing performance through data-driven insights, automation, and CRM management. This role requires expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms to enhance campaign effectiveness, lead management, and overall marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Build dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights to marketing and sales teams.
- Monitor KPIs such as lead velocity, conversion rates, and pipeline performance to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and ROI to support strategic decision-making.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management
- Manage and optimize marketing workflows using HubSpot, Outreach, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
- Support sales and RevOps teams by aligning marketing data with sales pipelines and revenue goals.
- Ensure data hygiene and segmentation in Salesforce and marketing databases for accurate targeting and reporting.
- Implement and maintain lead management strategies, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing.
- Maintain seamless integration between Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including creating reports, dashboards, workflows, and custom objects.
- Strong expertise with Power BI to analyze and visualize marketing data.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Outreach, or similar.
- Solid understanding of lead management, funnel metrics, and marketing analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages is a plus.
