A leading organization in the payments and SaaS space is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to drive commercial strategy, optimize payment performance, and maximize revenue growth. This role is ideal for a seasoned payments expert with a strong commercial and revenue-driven mindset, who understands payment processing, ecommerce, and SaaS and how these elements impact business success. You will play a critical role in shaping revenue operations, improving transaction success rates, and ensuring seamless payment connectivity across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities of the Director of Revenue Operations:
- Develop and execute a revenue growth strategy, leveraging insights into payment infrastructure to optimize transaction success and reduce costs.
- Oversee revenue operations with a deep understanding of payment gateway integrations, tokenization, transaction routing, and fraud prevention.
- Utilize knowledge of intelligent transaction routing to collaborate with technical teams on optimizing approval rates and reducing processing costs.
- Support decision-making by leveraging insights into payment security, tokenization, and payment vaulting, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, translating complex payment concepts into actionable business strategies that drive growth.
Key Requirements of the Director of Revenue Operations:
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, payments strategy, or payment processing, with exposure to ecommerce and SaaS models.
- Strong understanding of payment gateway integrations, tokenization, transaction routing, and fraud prevention—not necessarily hands-on, but enough to drive strategy and collaboration.
- Proven ability to optimize revenue streams and improve payment performance through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
- Experience working with complex payment infrastructures and understanding how merchants and platforms enhance transaction success rates.
- Commercial and analytical mindset, with a strong ability to identify revenue opportunities and improve financial outcomes.
