TCWGlobal is looking for a
Chief Revenue Officer to develop a vision and provide leadership for company-wide activities and strategies focused on generating, maintaining, and increasing revenue. This high-impact role creates strategies to integrate and align functions across the organization, including Marketing, Global Sales both US, International and Staffing and some product development/customer success. The Chief Revenue Officer knows the customer and knows how to get a hold of the customer. He establishes analytics and methods to measure and forecast demand and market conditions, identify operational deficiencies, and develop effective strategies to expand our global reach. This position brings together the various revenue generating roles and helps them be better. This is not a managerial behind the desk role, it’s a “I’m here to win and help you to win” role. How You Will Contribute
- Authentic Leadership: You will bring out the best in our business development and staffing team with your constant integrity-filled guidance, accountability, and encouragement. You will inspire, manage, motivate, instruct, and work day-to-day with these driven individuals to bring our amazing suite of services to our clients. Your main focus will always be to get things done and get them done right in an excellent manner.
- Relationship Building: You will have strong experience successfully dealing with C-level executives and HR managers alike, multi-million-dollar budgets and projects that are personnel intensive, tough negotiators, complex compliance issues, and teams of people working towards a common goal. You will work inter-departmentally to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful collaboration across the organization.
- Business Growth Mindset: You will use your people smarts you’ve developed over the years to win over new clients and hit company sales goals. You will establish and implement strategic sales plans while training others to achieve our company objectives. You will leverage your curiosity and drive for excellence to stay abreast of industry trends, competition, and technology to strategically position TCWGlobal as a trusted partner.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in sales management role
- Experience successfully leading a high-performing interdisciplinary sales team
- Experience in payrolling and staffing industry or equivalent a must
- Strong understanding of HR and hiring process and workforce management. Understand contingent workforce background and vernacular
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to quickly connect with people and build trust
- Networking, relationship management, CRM, LinkedIn, social media prowess
- Strong demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite applications required
- Ability to coach and lead both junior and senior team members in all aspects of sales.
- Skilled in cross-functional integration
- Experienced in strategic planning
- Demonstrate personal accountability, self awareness and proactively seek resolution for personal limitations head-on.
- Ability to develop new insights into situations and encourage new ideas and innovations to generate successful outcomes.
- Ability to influence, build effective relationships and gain alignment with peers, functional partners and external partners to accomplish business objectives.
Salary & Benefits
This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
