What To Expect
The Tesla Energy team seeks a Sales Operations Project Manager to join the APAC Sales Operations team. In this fast-paced position, you will be responsible for providing high level end to end project management within the Megapack team.
This role will be focused on providing high level support from pre-contracting stages through to final revenue recognition of Megapack projects and involves significant cross-functional collaboration with the broader Energy team.
What You'll Do
Be a key Sales Operations team member that supports the Megapack sales team on all sales and pre-sales efforts.Regularly liaise with global finance teams to ensure all financial metrics and project milestones are aligned with key business targets.Provide high level strategic support to demand planning teams to ensure production schedules are optimally aligned with critical quarterly targets.Maintain a high degree of data integrity across an array of systems including; financial, sales, quoting, logistics and business forecasting data.Facilitating project planning through cross-functional collaboration with demand planning, deployment, logistics, engineering teams whilst also adhering to customer and contractual requirementsWork with engineering, product management, sales, finance, business operations, logistics, service, and IT stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and business success.Maintain a proactive approach to risk mitigation through the development of contingencies and scenario planning. Identify, document, and manage project scope, schedules, and risks.Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of standard operating procedures related to key Sales Operations processes.Assist in the design, implementation, and execution of key business processes and tools.Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across the Tesla Energy team in APAC.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of business processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or similar3+ years of experience in project management, operations or similar, preferably in a technology or energy-related industryAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven record of prioritizing effectively and handling shifting prioritiesAble to operate effectively in a fast-moving and dynamic companyDetail-driven, with an ability to execute with accuracy and speedExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Suite (specifically Microsoft Excel)Fluent in English, both written and verbal
