Role Overview:
In this role candidate with be working with Global Territory Operations, Data Analytics and Salesforce Weekly Development team.
About the Role:
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Create configurable solutions that comprise flows, reports, custom objects, validation rules etc...
- Manage various salesforce projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in revenue reporting systems.
- Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
- Salesforce Administration and Development.
- Support territory management and operational support.
- Provide actionable insights to senior management from the data perspective.
- Monitor and report on key revenue metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations IT Support or in a relevant role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Admin/Development Certified.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, PowerBI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, Looker and SAP).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge on Quote to Cash model.
- Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
