Your Mission
The Head of Sales – North America Service will be responsible for driving the sales strategy execution, managing sales operations, and achieving revenue growth within the region. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate a sales team, foster strong customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities in alignment with HOERBIGER's mission and goals. A strong collaboration with our Product Management team for our global support function will be key to drive new products and sales initiatives into the market.

Sales and Strategy Leadership
Develop/execute comprehensive sales strategy for NA Service Market
Set and achieve annual sales targets and objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer need to adapt strategies proactively
Team Leadership and Development
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Ensure the team is equipped with the tools, training, and resources to succeed
Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Act as a senior point of contact for high-value or strategic accounts
Promote customer-centric solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
Business Development and Growth
Identify new business opportunities, products, and services
Partner with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer demands
Collaborate with global sales leaders to leverage synergies and share best practices
Sales Operations and Performance
Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for the region
Optimize sales processes, pricing points, tools and systems for efficiency and effectiveness
Track and analyze sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve results
What You Should Be Good At
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within industrial or energy sectors.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
Strong understanding of the North American market dynamics and customer landscape.
Experience in managing diverse teams across multiple locations.
Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
