The Opportunity
The Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst, reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the achievement of key performance indicators across the go-to-market engine. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, this role will focus on optimizing processes, tools, data integrity, reporting, Salesforce business analysis, and supporting sales process excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of sales processes and best practices, and experience working with Salesforce, data visualization tools, and advanced analytics to drive strategic decisions.

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA or Oakville, ON office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Salesforce Business Analysis
- Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to design and implement processes to meet evolving business requirements.
- Evaluate new Salesforce features and updates, providing recommendations on how to integrate them into the organization’s processes.
- Document and maintain detailed process maps and functional specifications for Salesforce-related projects.
Sales Process Optimization and Best Practices
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand and refine sales processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and best practices.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in sales processes, recommending improvements to drive productivity and win rates.
Process Optimization and Design
- Evaluate existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement, automation, and scalability.
- Work closely with go-to-market teams and the Salesforce Administrator to implement process changes within Salesforce and related tools.
- Support the rollout of new features and tools, ensuring seamless adoption and alignment with business goals.
Reporting and Analytics
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), targets, and support overall planning and forecasting.
- Act as the subject matter expert on data reporting, ensuring stakeholders understand how to leverage tools like Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel for insights.
- Support ad hoc reporting requests and larger initiatives by providing reliable data and actionable insights.
Insights and Analyses
- Leverage Salesforce data, Power BI dashboards, and advanced Excel analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights and highlight areas of risk and growth potential for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Conduct white space analysis to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using data from tools like Pursuit or other data enrichment platforms.
Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with go-to-market and finance teams to align on shared goals, ensuring data integrity and reporting support strategic initiatives.
- Partner with the Salesforce Administrator to evaluate and implement new integrations or tools such as Pardot, Outreach, and Salesforce CPQ.
- Drive operational alignment through regular cross-functional reviews and updates on performance metrics.
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations or a similar role.
- 2–3 years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a B2B environment, with demonstrated ability to analyze and optimize Salesforce workflows and data.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices, including lead management, pipeline forecasting, and territory management.
- Experience in Salesforce business analysis, including gathering requirements, conducting gap analysis, and implementing solutions.
- Advanced skills in Excel(e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling) and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging to both technical and non-technical audiences.
