As a Sales Operations Analyst, this is what you’ll be doing:
You will work closely with global sales leaders and teams to support the execution of daily sales processes while ensuring alignment with business goals.
You will also play a key role in implementing new tools and processes to enhance productivity and drive continuous improvement across our sales teams.
Role responsibilities
In this exciting role, you’ll be the go-to expert for operational requests from our Global Sales Team, taking ownership of resolving challenges or collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional international teams to deliver solutions that meet the highest standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, CRM administrators, and sales leaders to drive impactful, sales-related projects that make a difference.
- Play a key role in territory and quota management, reporting and dashboard creation, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Maintain and enhance the accuracy of client data across CRM and other systems, ensuring proper pricing, allocations, and seamless data flow.
- Deliver insightful business reporting, complete with actionable recommendations that empower decision-making.
- Take the lead in mapping and optimising sales and operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct in-depth market research and client segmentation to uncover opportunities and drive strategy.
- Any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role.
Key skills and experience:
- A degree, certification, or equivalent practical experience in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with handling large datasets.
- Ability to analyse complex data creatively and effectively, and translate findings into actionable insights, presentations, and recommendations.
- Strong organisational skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with SQL and experience working with databases like Snowflake.
- Knowledge of Netsuite ERP and HubSpot CRM systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience leveraging data to drive informed recommendations and decisions
