Responsible for country level AIoT products, understand the French market, implement product life cycle management by developing product strategy, pricing strategy, go-to-market program, PSI management, sales plan, customer expansion target, pricing and channel strategy, etc., incl. but not limited to:
-Product selection: responsible for product category selection and access for France, find and select suitable products according to market/user/channel characteristics
-Sales management: performance-oriented, timely follow-up of product sales, adjust the sales strategy, and collaborate with sales and other related teams to achieve sales goals.
-Control volume and price of AIoT products: responsible for the commercial success of the product, maximize product revenue through volume and price management, responsible for product delivery control and price control, maintain stable market order.
-PSI Management: Reasonable for SI/SO sales forecast, accurate FCST management according to the headquarters, and monitor inventory.
-Market Competition: Weekly update of major competitors' promotional prices, collection of information on new product launches and response strategies, analysis and input of GFK and Canalys reports.
-Market Insight: Independently complete market insight and competition analysis, output competition analysis and risk, and formulate corresponding strategies.
-Product Strategy: Make product proposals according to market demand and assist product team to complete product introduction.
-New product launch management: output new product management program, and lead all related teams to do the preparatory work according to the listing program to ensure the smooth launch of new products
-Expense management: Ensure the marketing resources are invested to match the product strategy, and at the same time control the pace of investment to ensure the sustainable heat of the product and maximize the input and output.
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above
-3 years or above experience in sales, product, GTM, product marketing in consumer electronics industry
-Experience of project management, especially launching 0 to 1 project is preferred
-Experience in taking full responsibility for business metrics and expanding globally or locally is preferred
-Logical, clear thinking and strong communication skills
-Integrity, pragmatic and conscientious
-Positive and optimistic attitude
-Good cross-team collaboration
-English, Chinese, French is a plus
