Your new job at Outdooractive entails

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement a visionary B2B sales strategy to expand into new markets and maximize revenue potential.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and grow a team of approximately 20 talents across Inside Sales, Sales, Account Management, Partner Management, and Customer Success.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with national and international key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Performance Management: Ensure the achievement of targets through KPI-driven performance monitoring and regular reporting.
  • Process and Efficiency Optimization: Streamline sales processes and structures, including the introduction of digital tools to enhance efficiency.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor market dynamics to identify and seize new opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

What Outdooractive expects from you

  • Proven B2B Sales Expertise: Demonstrable success in international B2B sales, preferably in the technology or platform sector; experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Experience in leading and inspiring teams, fostering a performance- and growth-oriented organizational culture.
  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze complex market demands and translate them into actionable, innovative strategies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Confident presence across all organizational levels, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to connect internal and external stakeholders.
  • Pragmatism and Hands-On Approach: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a readiness to provide operational support when necessary.
  • Technological Acumen: Experience in selling digital products or services is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
