Business Manager

Our client, a famous company from NEA, is seeking a strong candidate to lead the efforts to join their team in Singapore


Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors and service providers
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up SOP to guide the smooth operation of the office
  • Additional and ad hoc tasks and duties designated by management


Sales Growth

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
  • Expand market share by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate and SME clients
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring performance through goal setting, regular evaluations, and skills development
  • Responsible for generating analysis reports and addressing issues proactively
  • Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director



Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, including finance, IT, and customer service
  • Develop and implement SOPs for core tasks



Requirements:

  • A Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business related disciplines most preferred
  • At least 10 years of management experience of a small business entity with demonstrated business development in HR / IT Service related products
  • Excellent client relationship management & business development skill in IT / HR area
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and capital expenditures
  • Detail-minded, proactive, can-do attitude, high accuracy & timely delivery, excellent in analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and project management skills
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
  • With sound knowledge of Singapore tax rules and regulations
  • Excellent command of both English and local languages
  • Knowledge in Southeast Asia (ASEAN) tax system would be most preferred, in particular Vietnam and Bangladesh
  • Past experience at the companies providing management consulting services would be highly recommended
