What are we looking for in our Business Operations Analyst (Hybrid)?
Job Title: Business Operations Analyst
Contract Duration: 6 month contract with possible extension
Location: New York, NY 10007 (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $32.50/hour to $35.70/hour (Based on experience)
Job Summary:
This role will be working to optimize operations by streamlining processes, maintaining dashboards, and
enhancing the understanding of market dynamics. It involves extensive management of dashboards, expenditure tracking, and performance metrics, which significantly impacts capacity. Additionally, the team is actively engaged in processing work that includes campaign deployment and understanding the dynamics of the market as well as the operational flow of deployments.
Responsibilities:
Implement, optimize, and scale tools/tactics that optimizes business-as-usual operations.
Monitor a part of the operational activity and examine issues whenever they arise.
Execute weekly incentive campaigns.
Collaborate with a diverse group of cross-functional team members.
Qualifications:
Experience Needed: 1 - 2 years of operations/analytical or related experience (internships included)
Organized Skills: Must possess excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-Oriented: Must have a keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of a campaign are considered and executed to perfection.
Big Picture Thinking: The ability to maintain a broad perspective and understand how individual tasks contribute to overall objectives.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities are essential to address and resolve any issues that may arise during campaign execution.
Campaign Experience: Experience with campaign management is crucial to provide clear guidance and effective execution strategies.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a must for data management and analysis purposes.
