The North America Customer Operations team is responsible for order management with OEMs and distributors, operational support across internal teams, as well as order support and problem resolutions for our customers.
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to do-
Backlog management and order fulfilment for distributors and direct customers
Review and process change orders ensuring no backlog discrepancies outside of agreed terms and conditions
Manage fallout orders and work for dispositions
Perform manual/mass updates to orders – cancellations, splits, blocks
Run, extract, and analysis order reports
Work with logistics partners, global trade, warehousing and planning to support urgent customer requests and escalations
Work with sales, distribution and planning teams to support urgent customer requests, own and drive escalations as needed
Demand supply forecast alignment
Reverse logistics management
Development and maintain positive customer relationships

Qualifications
We are seeking a professional that will bring a bachelor's degree and ideally some experience in sales ops, analysts, supply chain, program management, order management, planning and/or other related experience in a semiconductor or high-tech company.
