Based in New York City, BetrLink, LLC is a fast-growing finance company providing payment processing services for consumers enrolled in debt relief programs. With a team of 15 passionate individuals, we're at an exciting inflection point and looking for a strategic leader to help scale our operations and drive successful project delivery.
The Role
As Director of Business Operations and Project Delivery, you will be a key member of our leadership team, working directly with the founders. You'll be responsible for building and streamlining our operational infrastructure while ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives across all departments - a unique opportunity to shape the future of a high-growth fintech startup and build scalable foundations.
This role requires strong project management skills, operational expertise, and effective communication to manage internal processes and external partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders, and ensures leadership accountability for tracking and achieving operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
Analyze and map current operational processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality across all departments (Operations, Customer Service, Compliance, etc.)
Develop clear and accurate documentation, including process manuals, user guides, and technical instructions.
Leverage Salesforce to manage and analyze project-related data and customer information.
Build and maintain dashboards using Salesforce BI tools to track key business metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
Develop and maintain operational metrics and KPIs to measure team performance and business health.
Project Management & Delivery
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic projects across the organization.
Drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration, removing obstacles to project success.
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and the executive team.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication with third-party vendors, especially technology partners.
Leadership Accountability
Work closely with leadership to establish clear metrics and objectives for operational initiatives.
Ensure leaders, vendors and team members adhere to agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables.
Provide constructive feedback and support to keep initiatives on track.
Qualifications
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of operations and project management experience in similar roles, ideally in fast-paced finance or technology companies.
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce administration and customization
Proven expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives.
Excellence in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

High proficiency in Salesforce for data visualization, reporting, and process optimization.
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Thrives in fast paced and rapidly changing environments.
Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
Familiarity with funds transfer systems and NACHA rules
PMP Certification or equivalent
