We are seeking a Delivery Manager with BPO operations experience to oversee high-volume document processing for a key project in the East Midlands. This role is critical in ensuring seamless service delivery, accuracy in PDF data validation, and driving operational efficiency, revenue, and growth.
The Role
Lead and optimize BPO operations, ensuring accurate and timely data validation from PDF documents
Manage and mentor document processing teams, enhancing productivity and meeting client SLAs
Develop deep business expertise within the team, identifying new growth opportunities.
Define, track, and report SLAs and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in service delivery
What You Bring
Experience managing high-volume BPO operations teams, particularly in data validation
Proven ability to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve quality assurance
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage client relationships
Strategic and commercial mindset, with a focus on business expansion and revenue growth
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in BPO Operations, or document processing operations
Minimum of 2+ years of people management experience and 4–5 years of project management exposure
