We are looking to welcome a Founding GTM Lead to prospect, acquire and serve customers with our insights centric product for sales teams. There is a large chunk of equity for the right leader, so you will be a true owner in the business in every sense of the word. The Company
We're on a mission to make every rep better. We serve reps - much like they serve customers. Our Insights Assistant and AI Performance Agents diagnose rep potential, personalize manager-rep coaching, and accelerate individual performance by up to 20%. Surfacing needle moving insights on rep attributes, competencies, activities, and time allocation.
The early product is beautiful, intuitive and personalized for every sales executive, manager and rep at mid market companies. The buyers are sales and rev ops leaders at mid market companies excited about their people, helping their reps grow as opposed to letting them go!
Our team is guided in our journey by our collective principles to serve sales teams with deep rooted empathy. The company is remote, but will be initially serving U.S. centric customers.
Expectations

Generate pipeline: While you’ll have access to warm deals, you are excited about marketing innovation and shaping your own pipeline, exploring every avenue - from calls to social, from events to partnerships.
Exceed sales targets: Exceed quarterly/yearly sales targets by generating new opportunities and landing new logos. Manage the CRM and leverage performance metrics to prioritize what matters.
Build foundational sales assets: Concisely communicate the platform’s value, sell to key stakeholders in complex cycles, and develop customer success stories and ROI models.
Serve customers: Champion customer success in pilots, guiding product adoption, NPS and ROI. Deepening relationships within accounts & the GTM community.
Build function: You will build, train and coach a team of 2-4 AE’s/ SDR’s in the coming quarters, once you hit your numbers.
Preferred Experience
We are open-minded about experience. Here’s the absolute dream candidate:
Numbers orientation: 2+ years of leading SaaS sales teams of 5+ with ACV’s of $40K & up.
Startup experience: You have served customers, built GTM teams as an early AE, founding member.
Recruiting + management: You’ve attracted talent, built and managed teams of 5+. Have a set of AE’s / SDR’s you’ve worked with that want to work with you again
Applied intelligence: You enjoy data driven sales, solving real customer challenges with ROI.

Compensation Transparency is key. We’re offering a tailored compensation package for the right candidate.
Initial Contract: 90-day contractor (1099) period to assess mutual fit and establish early wins. During this time, you’ll have a $90,000 annualized base salary, generous commission potential, and attractive equity component.
Long-Term Compensation: After the initial period, this role could transition to a CRO or even late co-founder level based on performance and alignment. Compensation includes commission on both revenue and non-revenue milestones, with an open discussion on a substantial chunk of equity to align to your ownership mindset.
