We are seeking a commercially driven and dynamic Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to lead our Marketing and Sales functions. The successful candidate will oversee the strategy and execution of our commercial activities across our key markets – UK, Benelux, and US. This role will manage the Heads of Marketing and Sales, driving results and fostering collaboration between these two critical functions.
As part of the leadership team, the CRO will:
Define and implement the commercial strategy to ensure alignment with company growth objectives.
Oversee the marketing and sales teams to drive performance and revenue generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer journeys and brand consistency.

Responsibilities Include:
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for growth across the UK, Benelux, and US markets.
Leadership: Manage and mentor the Heads of Marketing and Sales to achieve individual and collective goals.
Market Expertise: Use deep commercial and real estate insights to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging, strategy alignment, and operational excellence.
Brand Development: Ensure marketing strategies effectively position August as the leader in luxury real estate co-ownership.
Performance Management: Set and monitor KPIs for marketing and sales teams, fostering a data-driven approach to success.
About You – We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have:
A proven track record in senior commercial leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or luxury sectors.
Strong marketing expertise, with the ability to guide teams in brand development and customer acquisition.
A results-driven mindset with experience in scaling businesses across multiple regions.
Exceptional leadership skills, capable of managing and inspiring high-performing teams.
Deep knowledge of commercial strategies, pricing models, and market trends in the real estate industry.
Experience working in international markets, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational experience.
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Hours and Package:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
Location: Central London office with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Travel: Frequent travel across UK, Benelux, US, and European locations.
Start Date: ASAP.
