Our client, a small technology company in Atlanta, GA seeks a CFO to assist in taking the company public through an IPO or SPAC.

MUST be a CFO & have taken a company public through an IPO or SPAC merger.

The position has a Controller & small financial staff reporting to it. Must be both strategic & operational. The CFO will be in office a maximum of 1 week per month.
