About The Role
As the Chief Financial Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and compliance. The Chief Financial Officer will work closely with executive leadership to drive profitability and sustainable growth. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance high-level strategy with day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Lead financial risk management, including cash flow management and investment decisions.
Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team to drive growth and profitability.
Optimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer.
International experience is strongly preferred.
Cost accounting knowledge required.
Salary: $240,000-$280,000
