Chief Financial Officer

Our client, a leading media and entertainment company is seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. The Interim CFO will be key in shaping financial strategy, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting business growth. This position will work closely with the executive leadership team and Board of Directors to drive financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic financial oversight and guidance to support organizational objectives.
• Lead the preparation and review of financial reports.
• Oversee key financial functions, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and analysts.
• Develop and implement financial strategies related to capital management and treasury operations.
• Oversee risk management, internal controls, and governance processes.
• Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth and efficiency.
• Present financial updates and insights to key decision-makers.
• Oversee various financial and operational departments, ensuring seamless integration.
• Manage financial operations across different business units and regions.

Qualifications:

• CPA, CFA, or an equivalent professional designation is required.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate finance, and compliance.
• Experience managing investor relations and financial strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with executive teams and key stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and evolving environment.
