What You’ll Do
Operational Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of 3–4 Sales Ops Analysts who navigate our dynamic sales processes, ensuring every deal moves smoothly from start to finish.
Innovative Process Design: Develop and refine sales operations strategies and processes, using cutting-edge AI tools to enhance efficiency and drive superior results.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Commercial, Finance, and, Marketing teams to optimize workflows and elevate our overall sales performance.
Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that refine our sales systems, ensuring our operations not only meet today’s demands but scale for tomorrow’s growth.
Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.
What You Bring
Relevant Experience: 3-4+ years in sales operations or a similar role in fast-paced, tech-forward companies.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and build compelling narratives that influence business decisions.
Leadership & Mentorship: A proven track record of managing and developing teams in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and a keen interest in leveraging AI to drive operational excellence.
