What You’ll Do


  • Operational Leadership: Oversee and mentor a team of 3–4 Sales Ops Analysts who navigate our dynamic sales processes, ensuring every deal moves smoothly from start to finish.
  • Innovative Process Design: Develop and refine sales operations strategies and processes, using cutting-edge AI tools to enhance efficiency and drive superior results.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Commercial, Finance, and, Marketing teams to optimize workflows and elevate our overall sales performance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion initiatives that refine our sales systems, ensuring our operations not only meet today’s demands but scale for tomorrow’s growth.
  • Collaborate directly with the CEO on strategic sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.


What You Bring


  • Relevant Experience: 3-4+ years in sales operations or a similar role in fast-paced, tech-forward companies.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, derive insights, and build compelling narratives that influence business decisions.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: A proven track record of managing and developing teams in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and a keen interest in leveraging AI to drive operational excellence.
  • Cultural Alignment: You thrive in environments that value rapid innovation, direct communication, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
