Senior Business Operations Analyst

Position Overview

We are searching for a Senior Business Operations Analyst based in New York City to join our dynamic team. This is a critical role that will have an impact on every team and level across the company. This role will be part of the Business Operations & Growth Strategy team, collaborating with senior leadership at Blockdaemon to solve complex problems and drive impactful initiatives.

Your Impact

• Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the Blockdaemon leadership team and lead the execution of inclusive, equitable solutions.
• Maintain and utilize a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and emerging technologies.
• Build business cases and quantitative models to inform our strategy around new opportunities and inclusive growth.
• Derive insights from company and market data to define actionable changes, design inclusive experiments, and implement those changes across the business.
• Define the key goals and metrics that will accelerate and align with our company’s diverse strategic initiatives.
• Build scalable, sustainable, and inclusive processes that can evolve as we grow.
• Define and evolve the commercial strategy of our products and services with a focus on equity and inclusivity.
  
  

Role Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in a business-strategy role (Management Consulting, Banking, Hedge Fund, Operations at a start-up, etc.), with an emphasis on inclusive business practices.
• Work experience in or a demonstrated passion for Web3, including its impact on equity, accessibility, and inclusivity within the space.
• Outstanding executive-level verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate across diverse teams.
• Strong organization, project, and time management skills with a proven ability to lead initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Comfort working in a high-growth, constantly changing environment, with a mindset for embracing diversity and change.
• Strong analytics skills and experience with relevant tooling, along with the ability to leverage data for inclusive decision-making.
  
  

Pay range is $130,000- $150,000. Salary ranges are based on role, level, and location. The range shown reflects the target minimum and maximum for the role across all U.S. locations. Actual pay is determined by location, skills, and relevant experience.
