Data GTM Lead

Position: Data GTM Lead/ Data as an Asset Practice Lead

Permanent Position

Location: Chennai and Bangalore 1st preference. Open for other locations as well.

Salary: Open for right candidate

Interview: 4-5 Rounds

This is customer facing role. This is not delivery focused role.

This role will focus on 5 areas

1. Presales (business development, solutioning, white boarding, etc.)

2. Practice strategy (Industry, Specialization, tools, accelerators, community, etc.)

3. Thought leadership (Content, events, webinars, etc.)

4. Practice differentiators (Frameworks, Specializations, Industry, etc.)

5. Partnership development (GTM, PoC, Differentiators, IP’s, etc.)

General Experience:

10+ Years in the IT Industry, 5+ Years leading an IT Professional Services Team/Organization

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Professional IT Services Team Leadership:

• Development of IT Go-to-Market Strategy and Plan

• Development of Practice Offerings including descriptive and training materials

• Experience working against a team specific revenue plan

• Experience managing a virtual on shore 10+ person IT consulting team and virtually leading a broader WW 25+ person team

• Ability to work with Sales teams to market and sell solutions directly to customers Delivery Management:

• Experience leading implementations in one or more of the following offering categories: MDM, Data Governance, Data Engineering, Cloud Data Warehousing

• Experience with oversight of delivery execution and system level issues impacting contractual commitments

QUALIFICATIONS:

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of current high-level IT concepts and how they directly impact solution proposals including: Data Fabric, Data Mesh, Medallion based architectures, Data Whse/Lake

• Knowledge of basic Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning concepts, both at the software component level (how are the solution components using AL/ML concepts) and the ability of recommended solutions to enable broader enterprise AI/ML capabilities

• Direct experience working with one or more of the three major Hyper-Scalers (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Experience working with the following Software and/or SaaS vendors: Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, Azure Purview/Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks

Education:

• Minimum College Degree or Equivalent

Travel:

• Willing to accommodate domestic and international travel to work directly with clients and team members
